Student housing has become synonymous with luxury living. When it comes to student housing, multi-family developers are seeing the amenity offerings as an essential part of the development. The amenity packages today include everything from study rooms and sports courts, to our favorites, swimming pools and outdoor living areas. These areas give developments the ability to truly set themselves apart from other housing options, often playing a huge factor in getting leases signed.
Designed by our own GW Oliver designers, our most recent student housing project was for the residents of Campion in Lafayette, Louisiana. This project features a two-tiered pool/lazy-river combo complete with an acrylic transparent wall and artificial turf game area in the middle of the lazy river. In-pool tanning ledges and outdoor furniture provide numerous spots for relaxation and socialization for residents and their guests.
Since this development has been completed, residents have been taking full advantage of this swimming pool and lazy river, and the rest of the outdoor living spaces. Check out this video from one of Campion's recent resident events!
